Which Asake’s Song Do You Think Is Worthy Of A Grammy Nomination?

I can’t help but ask myself if Asake, who is arguably the hottest artiste in Nigeria right has done enough to be recognized by “The Recording Academy“.

You know in the US (America), when you have an artiste who breaks out the way Asake did, instantly you see such artiste having nominations from Billboard, Grammy, and the rest.

Certainly, we all know Asake would most likely clinch a lot of awards at the coming Headies Award which is the biggest award in Nigeria.

Asake‘s album is a top album, this guy has been dropping hit songs back to back which suits our market in Nigeria. But we have to ask ourselves; are the songs worthy of Grammy‘s standard?




I’m a big fan of Asake but sometimes I just feel most of his songs are for the moment and I may be wrong only time will tell.

Huge respect for Burna Boy, he has been nominated and won the Grammys, same as Wizkid.
