A great weekend of goals
There were some brilliant goals in the Premier League this past weekend – not least Diego Costa’s winner for Chelsea against West Brom.

And, when Spanish TV station El Dia Despues were picking their goals of the weekend, they went with Diego Costa first up.

Then comes the stunner from Wilfried Zaha as the Crystal Palace winger beats two Hull defenders before crashing in a beauty.

The third goal is from the Arsenal. Mesut Ozil’s lovely header over Stoke goalkeeper Lee Grant.

Other Premier League goals to feature include Jamie Vardy’s finish from the Riyad Mahrez assist and Jeff Hendrick’s beauty for Burnley.

With the Premier League back in action tonight, ahead of a key week of games, it is good to remind ourselves of the beauties from the weekend that will be forgotten in a day or so.
