Paul Pogba’s Manchester United Performance Stats Is Better Than His Final Year At Juventus

Paul Pogba’s slow start , Having broken the transfer world record and arrived back at Old Trafford amid much hype and hyperbole, Paul Pogba’s first few months have been a little…anticlimactic, you might say.

The French attacking midfielder has appeared burdened by the huge transfer fee, and early on in the season was clearly trying too hard to justify the price tag.

He’s gradually growing into the role of attacking leader, and his performances have definitely improved of late – he was man of the match against Palace last night, scoring one and setting up the winner as United won 2-1 at Palace.

But even still, it seems many United fans remain skeptical and underwhelmed by Pogba

This stat graphic, provided by Squawka, shows that he’s actually performing much better for United than in his last season at Juventus, when he was supposedly the best player in Serie A.

So while Pogba may not yet be dominating games the way fans might hope, or scoring 30 yars golazos, he’s still being pretty subtly brilliant.

So be patient, United fans – just think how good he’ll be when he actually reaches top gear.
