Leading Sky Sports pundit Jamie Carragher couldn’t help but react to Philippe Coutinho on Sunday.

Liverpool were at their destructive best against Watford at Anfield, as the Reds scored three times in the first half against the Hornets, and they could have scored seven.

Coutinho set up Sadio Mane for the opener with a fine cross from a corner, before the Brazilian found the scoresheet himself for Liverpool’s second.

Emre Can scored the third from an Adam Lallana.

During the halftime break at Anfield, Carragher offered his belief that Coutinho is the best player in the Premier League right now.

When it was put to Carragher that Chelsea’s playmaker Eden Hazard is better than the Liverpool star, the pundit had a quick-fire reply.

He also managed to take down Everton at the same time.
